Jennifer Morris, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, leads marketing, advertising, and communications strategy and programs for Wintrust Corporation and many of its subsidiary businesses. She is a seasoned business executive and digital product innovator whose experience includes corporate strategy, Fortune 500 corporate development, brand development, entrepreneurship, and capital raising.

Before joining Wintrust in 2019, Morris served as the senior vice president of marketing at Guaranteed Rate, where she led a team of 50+ marketing professionals supporting the company’s 1,800 retail operations. Previously, Morris co-founded and sold Giftbar, a digital gift card marketplace that served thousands of small boutique owners in 26 markets across the U.S. She started her career as a management consultant.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Morris continues to promote and emphasize Wintrust’s tradition of meeting the needs of everyone in the communities it serves, with particular attention paid to those who need Wintrust’s services the most.

Morris has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
