Wintrust named one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces in 2020 by the Chicago Tribune

Wintrust named one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces in 2020 by the Chicago Tribune

Wintrust has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune for the seventh year in a row. This year, we ranked 19th among the other large workplaces featured on the list, which is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“A company is only as good as its employees,” said Norah Larke, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Wintrust. “We’re lucky to employ entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and team-oriented people, who approach each day intent on making an impact and providing a truly distinctive community banking experience.”

We’re proud to offer a total reward system that includes great benefits, extensive training and professional development opportunities, and a vibrant culture of service.

“As a company, we want to make sure every person who works for us feels comfortable and supported,” said Ed Wehmer, CEO & Founder of Wintrust. “We’ve always put a real emphasis on maintaining an inclusive culture and that means prioritizing open communication and opportunities that let our employees grow, both professionally and personally.”
