Pamela Mullen leads the deposit services banking team and is responsible for contact and coordination of the deposit portfolio, including all cash management services for condominium, homeowner, and townhome association clients. Pamela has been with Wintrust Community Advantage since 2006 and brings more than three decades of customer service experience to her role. Before joining Wintrust, she worked at a west suburban bank for more than 20 years, serving in many capacities, including branch and portfolio management, real estate lending, and personal banking. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Elmhurst College. She serves on the trade show committee for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Illinois Chapter, and she is a member of several Wintrust and Barrington Bank & Trust committees including WinCash, retail banking, and compliance. She is also involved with the Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowner Associations (ACTHA). In 2007, Pamela received the Rising Star Award from the Community Associations Institute.
