Serving as Chief HR Officer since 2020, Norah leads Wintrust’s people strategy to foster a supportive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture. She brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
In her role, Norah fosters a culture of inclusion, collaboration, understanding, and respect, ensuring that all Wintrust employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. She oversees a variety of critical functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, talent and learning, HR partnership, total rewards, and People & Culture. Norah is passionate about creating pathways for professional growth, implementing robust training programs, and promoting initiatives that support employees’ overall well-being.
She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University New Orleans, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and several leadership development tools certifications, including the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, 360s, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
Norah is a board member of Girls in the Game and sits on the advisory board of the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, as well as the Executives’ Club of Chicago. She has two children and is a Downers Grove resident, where she also serves as a Girl Scout leader. In her free time, Norah enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, and traveling.
