Jerry works closely with homebuyers, real estate investors, physicians, and business professionals to structure financing solutions tailored to their short- and long-term goals. His expertise includes doctor loans, construction financing, portfolio lending, jumbo loans, non-warrantable condos, multi-unit properties, investment property financing, and alternative lending solutions.

Jerry’s approach is simple: provide strategic guidance, clear communication, and financing solutions that help clients move forward with confidence. He prides himself on being accessible and responsive, even being available to client’s nights and weekends throughout the financing process.

Born on Chicago’s Northwest Side, he knows its neighborhoods inside out. Inspired by his father’s real estate ventures in Logan Square, Jerry built a career helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals.

Beyond mortgages, he’s a founding member and treasurer of a local charity that aids families in Park Ridge and nearby communities facing medical, job, or other financial hardships. In addition, Jerry serves on the board of directors for the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce assisting local businesses in various capacities.

Outside work, Jerry enjoys time with his wife and college aged twins, never misses the Indy 500, and races on road courses several times a year. His dedication to clients and community makes him a trusted advisor.
