Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

We’re lucky to have employees who give back in many different ways. One of the biggest voluntary contributions they make is through our BRGs, with nearly 10% of our 5,200 employees self-registered as members. Our BRGs were created out of employee interest, are completely employee led with executive mentorship, and bring people together from all areas of the Wintrust family.

A coalition of leaders empowered to succeed.

The Leadership Coalition BRG focuses on developing a supportive leadership network to cultivate and mentor leaders of varying experience levels, proliferate the leadership pipeline, and create a path for equal access to opportunities and success.

BRG - Career Navigation

A resource for employees to grow and advance at Wintrust.

The Career Navigation BRG is committed to helping employees find their way at Wintrust by empowering them with career resources to help discover opportunities and navigate the company dynamics.

BRG - Multicultural Professionals Network

Building intercultural competence by fostering an inclusive environment.

The Multicultural Professionals Network BRG promotes cultural and affinity awareness, diversity and inclusion, and personal and professional development, through meaningful programming, community involvement, and the support of Wintrust business initiatives. The group works to broaden Wintrust’s impact in the diverse communities we serve, increase customer acquisition and loyalty, and further attract and retain innovative talent.
