1. Talech Premium Statement Credit. Terms & Conditions: Promotion valid on all newly boarded merchant accounts (MID) that sign up for a Standard or Premium talech software package, or existing Elavon Payment customers that add a talech Standard or Premium software plan from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. To qualify, new accounts (MIDs) must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after the approval date. An existing account must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after adding talech Standard or Premium. Merchant accounts must be activated and actively processing for a minimum of 30 days and be in an open status at the time of the promotion credit. The statement credit is made within 60 days of the merchant account meeting the required criteria. Promotion ends on December 31, 2025, and all terms and conditions will expire on December 31, 2025. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. Restrictions may apply. May not be available with other offers. 2. Card Reader. Card Reader included with activation promotion: Merchant services and card reader provided by and subject to approval by Elavon. The card reader used for this promotion is the Moby5500. Upon approval, merchant will be charged $89 plus applicable tax for the initial reader. This fee will be refunded upon activation as a monthly statement credit. To receive the statement credit, merchant must meet the following qualifying requirements: (a) offer is only available for merchants currently accepting credit cards, debit cards or mobile wallet payments with another processor and who have not been an Elavon merchant services client in the past 6 months, (b) completed application package must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. PT on December 31, 2025, (c) merchant must activate account within 60 calendar days of approval date by settling at least $5.00 in cardholder payments and (d) process less than $250,000 in annual credit card sales. Elavon will apply the statement credit to the merchant’s statement as a credit within 120 calendar days after account activation. Subsequent card readers are available at a charge and are not eligible for this card reader promotion. To be credited after activation. Contact Elavon for pricing information.

All merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. Merchant account must be open, active, processing minimums and in good standing at the time of the statement credit for the purchase of the card reader is issued. Other fees may apply.
