1. Merchant Processing Services. Available through Elavon.

2. Campaign Period. Offer is available from 1/1/2026 – 3/31/2026. Incentives will be paid no later than 90 days after the campaign period ends and eligibility for an incentive has been verified; to qualify, prospective customers must show a minimum of $200,000 in Visa® and Mastercard® transaction volume as verified through Elavon’s underwriting process.

3. Meet or Beat Offer. If Elavon is unable to meet or beat the prospective customer’s current processing rate(s), the prospective customer will receive a $250 Visa® rewards card, limit one per merchant account, regardless of the number of business locations. The following business types are excluded from this offer: existing Elavon customers, franchise locations under corporate pricing program, association members, warehouse pricing, Square pricing, payment facilitator or aggregator pricing, healthcare patient payment pricing, government or not for profit pricing, petroleum and relationship pricing exceptions (i.e., below cost). Elavon compatible processing software/equipment is required. Noncompliant surcharge and acceptance fee programs are not eligible for this promotion.

4. Statement Credit. To receive the statement credit, the new merchant account must be activated by accepting and authorizing a $10 minimum transaction within 45 days of the campaign end date. The merchant account must be open, active, and in good standing at the time the statement credit is issued. Limit one statement credit per merchant account, regardless of the number of business locations. Prospective customers may not be awarded both incentives. In the event a prospective customer qualifies for both incentives, the prospective customer may only elect to receive one incentive under this offering. All merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. Other fees may apply. 5. Card Reader. Card Reader included with activation promotion: Merchant services and card reader provided by and subject to approval by Elavon. The card reader used for this promotion is the Moby/5500. Upon approval, merchant will be charged $89 plus applicable tax for the initial reader. This fee will be refunded upon activation as a monthly statement credit. To receive the statement credit, merchant must meet the following qualifying requirements: (a) offer is only available for merchants currently accepting credit cards, debit cards or mobile wallet payments with another processor and who have not been an Elavon merchant services client in the past 6 months, (b) completed application package must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026, (c) merchant must activate account within 45 calendar days of approval date by settling at least $5.00 in cardholder payments and (d) process less than $250,000 in annual credit card sales. Elavon will apply the statement credit to the merchant’s statement as a credit within 120 calendar days after account activation.
