4. Prize: One prize will be awarded by Wintrust. Winner will receive two tickets, two on-field pregame access passes, and one brand new Chicago Fire red home kit with an estimated retail value of $300. Prize will be delivered via email to email address provided upon sweepstakes entry.

5. Prize restrictions: Prize is non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated retail value of each prize is $300 and prize is not IRS 1099 reportable. Winner may make no substitution/transfer of prize. Limit 1 prize per person. Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”) game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS and/or the applicable MLS team, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Chicago Fire Football Club, LLC (“Club”). The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prize will govern in the event a game, event, or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with a Prize. MLS, Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”) and Club reserve the right to remove or deny entry to a winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any game, event, or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined above) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game, event or exhibition.

6. Drawing: 5/1/2024. Prizewinner will be determined from entries. Determination will be conducted at 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018.

7. Odds: Odds of being selected as a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winner will be notified by phone by 5/3/2024 and does not need to be present to win. Winner may need to submit information confirming their eligibility. 9. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: 1) the decision of the Sponsor shall be final in all respects; 2) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.

By participating, each entrant further agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive, release and forever discharge the Club, Sponsor, MLS, SUM, Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV”, and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, the “MLS Entities”), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, members, managers, owners, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, obligations, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees and costs) arising from any injury, damage, theft, or other loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, (x) from the participation in the Sweepstakes, (y) from the receipt or use of the prize and (z) to any part of the prize after receipt by the winner. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to assign all right, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in their entry to Sponsor and grant permission for Sponsor, the Released Parties and their respective designees to publish or publicize all or part of their entry, including but not limited to entrant’s name, likeness and submission, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional and trade, or other purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
